Others may find that they want to concentrate on one single element of their training and find that the 100% attention provided through personal training is ideal to help them progress.
Personal 1-1 or 1-2 sessions can be a short term investment to improve in a specific area, prepare for a grading, or provide a bespoke training format to suit your needs. It can also be a way to allow training to continue if circumstances prevent you from attending regular classes, for example if you work irregular shifts.
